COVID-19 Office Closure

March 23, 2020



Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, effective 3/24/2020, our townhouse will be closed to the public until further notice. We are asking that all customers utilize the following options for payments.


  1. Drop Box- Located conveniently outside of our office. We will check the box for payments periodically throughout the day. Our drop box is locked and accessible to our customers 24 hours a day.
  2. Mail- Customers may mail in a check or money order to our office at 513 Carlton Davidson Lane, Coal Grove, OH 45638. We ask you please indicate on the envelope which department you are mailing a payment for.
  3. Phone- We are now set up to take phone payments. A third-party company does process the payment, so there is a $3.00 Minimum fee associated with over the phone payments.
  4. Website- Pay your bill online at You will need to create an account if you have not already. If you are unsure how to do so or need help, please feel free to contact our office and we will be more than happy to assist you!



There will be an employee inside during our normal business hours. If you need to reach them you may do so by calling (740) 532-7447 or (740) 532-8921. 


While we do understand this is an inconvenience, this is a necessary precaution we are taking to keep our residents and employees safe.
