Temporary Office Hours

Greetings Everyone! Our townhouse has opened today! We are excited to see our customers again. We ask that everyone follows social distancing rules and stay 6 feet apart while inside. There will be arrows taped to the floor for traffic flow. Please wear facial covering to protect yourself and our employees. When parking, if it appears more than 3 customers are inside, we ask that you please wait inside your vehicle until someone exits. Although we have opened up, we still ask customers to continue using the dropbox and other payment methods when able. By doing so, this allows us to limit the amount of customers inside at a time, and keeps our office open for our elderly and disabled customers that may require assistance. Temporary Office Hours

Monday- Friday

8am-2pm

 

Beginning June 1, our temporary hours for the public will be Monday thru Friday 8am-2pm. Our goal is that by closing at 2pm, we will be able to thoroughly sanitize and clean the townhouse. Although the office will be closed, we will continue helping our customers with questions or payments over the phone.  As always, the drop box will remain open for use after 2pm. It is emptied daily before our office staff leaves.  

 

Before entering this office please observe the following:

Social Distancing is required to enter this building. Please keep 6ft between you and other customers inside.

It is recommended you wear face and mouth covering to protect yourself and employees.

Only one person per vehicle is permitted inside at a time. This is to limit the amount of people inside the building. If you are unable to do so, we recommend utilizing the dropbox or pay by phone method.

Hand Sanitizer is provided at the counter to use upon arrival and after services rendered.
